The Rockwell hardness tester ZUANSHI-100L basically utilizes the principle that a certain mass of indenter applies a certain test force on the surface of the sample, and measures the indentation depth after the test force is removed to obtain the hardness value. It has the advantages of high precision, reliability, and convenient operation. The microprocessor processes and displays the hardness value.

2. In addition to the basic functions of Rockwell hardness testing, it also has Brinell, Vickers, and Shore hardness conversion functions.
3. Automatically corrects the linear error of the indenter displacement through the built – in high – precision linear displacement sensor, and generates a correction map.
4. Automatically alarms when the hardness value is abnormal, and can be reset for re – testing.
5. The display shows hardness values, upper and lower limits, and statistical information such as the maximum and minimum values.
