Product Introduction

The ZUANSHI – 100C hardness tester is a high – precision and multi – function hardness testing instrument. It can quickly and accurately measure Brinell, Rockwell, and Shore hardness. By using ultrasonic technology to detect the indentation on the tested piece, it can dynamically adjust the test force/hold time according to different materials and hardness ranges for fast and accurate testing.

  1. Adopts ultrasonic technology, with a wide measurement range, covering HL D 170 – 960, HR A 17.5 – 90, HR B 20 – 100, HR C 10 – 85, HR D 10 – 93, HV 80 – 1900, HB 80 – 650, HS 20 – 99.
  2. The measurement accuracy is high, with a measurement error of ≤± 1.5%.
  3. Using magnetic suction type for measuring the hardness, it can flexibly measure the hardness of various positions and complex shapes, greatly improving the work efficiency.
  4. The measurement results can be stored in real – time in the internal memory, and the stored data can be conveniently queried and managed.
  5. With a large – screen color liquid crystal display, it can clearly display the measurement results and relevant information, and supports multi – language operation interfaces such as Chinese and English, which is convenient for users at home and abroad.
  6. The instrument has a built – in rechargeable lithium – ion battery, which can continuously work for more than 10 hours on a single charge, and has a power – saving mode.
  7. The calibration operation is simple, and it can be calibrated according to the standard hardness block of the same material.
